Hydrom is the central and independent orchestrator of Oman�s green hydrogen sector, leading the nation�s transition to a sustainable energy future. Established as a subsidiary of Energy Development Oman (EDO) and regulated by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals (MEM), Hydrom�s mandate includes the master planning, zoning, and allocation of government lands for green hydrogen projects. The company manages the competitive auction process for international developers, oversees project execution, and coordinates the development of common infrastructure such as pipelines and storage facilities. By aligning with Oman Vision 2040, Hydrom aims to position the Sultanate as a global hub for green hydrogen production and export, driving decarbonization and economic diversification.
