EcoBricks is a Hong Kong-based startup founded in 2020 that transforms plastic and construction waste into sustainable concrete building materials. Utilizing a proprietary 100% cold, low-energy process with no heating or harmful emissions, the company upcycles all seven types of plastic�including mixed and non-recyclable materials�into high-performing, certified bricks. These eco-friendly products, which can contain up to 65% recycled material, are used for various construction projects such as paving roads, promenades, and outdoor seating. By replacing traditional aggregates with upcycled waste, EcoBricks aims to reduce the carbon footprint of the construction industry, divert plastic from landfills, and promote a circular economy.
