Eco Way is a Dubai-based sustainable mobility startup founded by Ivan Kroshnyi that specializes in electric delivery bikes and battery swapping infrastructure. The company aims to decarbonize the last-mile delivery sector by replacing gasoline-powered motorcycles with eco-friendly alternatives. Its ecosystem includes three electric bike models (H-9 City, Sport, and Pro) tailored for urban delivery, supported by a network of battery exchange stations where riders can swap depleted batteries for fully charged ones in under a minute. Eco Way has partnered with major delivery platforms like Talabat, Amazon, and Deliveroo to scale its operations, with an ambitious goal of introducing 30,000 bikes to the market while expanding into Saudi Arabia, India, and Indonesia.
