About
BioC roven plants, deployable globally
Our end-to-end plants transform all types of biomass into carbon-rich engineered biochar, reformed biooil, and a combination of syngas and baseload clean energy.
In pyrolysis, biomass is heated in the absence of oxygen. Our core carbonization process use simple gravity fundamentals and indirect heating, avoiding breakage-prone mechanization and inconsistent output, while achieving exceptionally high carbon content of the produced solid biochar. We have two core models – the SCB and the CTS – which jointly cover all types of operating environments and feedstocks.
Along with carbonization, our comprehensive plants include tailored solutions for biomass pre-processing, biochar agglomeration, and proprietary bio-oil generation, among other processes.
Our highly cost-effective, modular production units can be fully automated or operated manually.
