It has become one member of Hitachi Chemical Group in September 2017 and changed the company name to “Hitachi Chemical Storage Battery (Thailand) Public Company Limited” by the time of 3rd January 2019. On 1st October 2020, Thai Energy Storage Technology PLC. be formed through an amalgamation between Hitachi Chemical Storage Battery (Thailand) PLC. and Hitachi Chemical Gateway Battery (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
